01. Before Picture Day
Setup date(s)/times
Send class contact data to your account specialist
Tell parents (We will also email them.)
02. Actual Picture Day
Our photographer sets up and is ready to receive students/players
Students receive individual and class pictures as well as sibling pictures
Each student receives a handout with online directions and a customized gallery link
03. After Picture Day
Parents will receive text/email when the gallery is available
The gallery is available for purchase for 2 weeks before archived
All customer service between Nathan Bingle Photography and parent
School chooses if they want photos shipped to the organization or to student’s home
Commissions/product is given to school

We do not charge to come out for picture day. In fact, we reward you with a percentage of sales check or product. We customize specifically to fit your needs.
