Payments

As a client of Nathan Bingle Photography, you have access to a personal client portal, where you can keep your contact information up to date, view your billing history and access important documents like your contract and questionnaires.

You will receive a direct link to your client portal, where you will be asked to create your own password the first time you visit. If you are an existing client, you can log in using the same password you originally created the first time we worked together.

Weddings

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes, Sometimes what you envision does not fit into a package. Please email us? or give us a call at (440) 749-7798. Let’s discuss your needs and see how we can make it happen.

When will I receive my photos?

There is a lot of excitement around receiving your online gallery. It takes about six weeks to edit and upload your personal gallery. We will send you a link where you can also order prints, canvases and more through one of our lab partners.

Do you travel?

Yes, We love traveling! Where is your wedding? If it fits in my calendar, I’m there. Depending on the location we may need to discuss additional fees.

What should I wear for my engagement session?

First, wear what makes you feel the most confident. Give yourself permission to buy something new. The more confident you feel, the better your photos will look. Also, consider your location, if we are headed to the Dairy Barn at Anne Springs, stay away from heels and dress more casually. Have we headed uptown Charlotte? Then bring out that red dress!

Do I really need a second shooter?

Yes, two cameras are always better than one. While I’m getting all the big moments, the second shooter is capturing all the details. 

Do I need an engagement session?

Yes, I think so. I’d like to get to know you before your wedding day, and this is where it happens. The more I know about you and what you like and don’t like, the better your wedding pictures will be.

School & Sports

How large of a school can you handle?

There is no job too big. Our team of dedicated photographers has handled organizations as large as 1500+ kids.

What are your packages and prices?

We have standard pricing and packages, but we can customize to fit your needs. We can also create a demo for you to view the parent experience and see the options just like they would see them when they are viewing their child’s gallery.

What is the involvement of our school/sports organization?

Not much. We handle all customer service with the parents. We handle all communication with sales and marketing. All you have to do is provide contact data in a template that we will provide for you that goes directly into our system. We do not sell or use the data for anything other than providing gallery links and selling photos to parents. An email or two on your end letting parents know the picture day is helpful too.

What should I wear?

Start planning as soon as you book your session, not the day of. Think about the time of year and the location you have chosen, and dress appropriately. Next, consider a couple of outfits that make you feel confident. Stay away from crazy bold patterns, words, or bold flashy jewelry that would detract from your face. 

Consider bringing outfits that are formal as well as casual that you feel confident wearing. The better you feel about yourself, the better your photos will turn out.

What should I bring?

Bring your outfits and your smile. Also, consider bringing sports equipment if you’re an athlete, or an instrument if you’re a musician. I love when seniors bring props because it helps to bring out your personality.

Lifestyle

What if it rains on our scheduled shoot date?

No problem, we will reschedule at another time that works for us both.

What should we wear to our family photoshoot?

It really depends on the climate and location. You want to dress appropriately, and what is comfortable for your family. I’ve had people wear their full Tribal outfits to color-coordinating apparel. It’s really up to you. Pinterest can always provide some general ideas too.

Can I purchase canvases and prints too?

Yes, you can. When you receive your gallery link, you will also be able to easily choose from a variety of products that are printed in a professional lab, not through some of the cheap online sites we know that have tons of coupons to hook you, but end up costing you a lot for less quality. Plus, you will be supporting a small, local business when you purchase.

Studio

When will I receive my business headshots?

We have a pretty fast turnaround. Usually a few days.

When will I receive my studio pictures? 

Depending on how long your session is (fine art takes longer) and what you want to achieve with your photos, it may take 2-4 weeks.

I’m interested in oil portraiture. Who do you work with?

I work with award-winning artist, visual narrator and portraitist, Teresa West-Carter. Teresa and I are long-time friends, have collaborated on projects, and I’m highly confident in her work. Call me to discuss your project, and I can bring her into the discussion to determine your needs.

I’m interested in a family or maternity session in the studio. What would that look like?

That would be the same as a lifestyle shoot. Learn More
